Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Young Adults from Ohio

Online Support. Real Healing. No Travel Required.

Whether you're just beginning your mental health journey or searching for something more structured, our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a supportive path forward — without leaving your home.

What Is a Virtual IOP?

A Virtual IOP is a type of mental health treatment that offers more support than weekly therapy, but doesn’t require inpatient or residential care.

You’ll attend:

  • Live group therapy sessions
  • One-on-one counseling
  • Optional family sessions
  • Skills classes to help you manage emotions, relationships, and daily stress

Everything happens online, on a HIPAA-compliant platform, guided by licensed clinicians who care deeply about your progress.

Who Is IOP For?

This program is for young adults from Ohio who:

  • Are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted
  • Have tried therapy but need more structure
  • Are transitioning from a hospital or residential program
  • Want help, but need it to fit into their life

We work with teens, college students, and adults — and we tailor treatment to fit each person’s needs.

What Makes Our Virtual IOP Different?

We believe healing happens in connection — not isolation. That’s why our program includes:

  • A dedicated therapist who knows your story
  • A small group of peers who understand what you're going through
  • A team that meets you where you are, emotionally & logistically

We also offer:

  • Flexible scheduling
  • Coordination with outside providers
  • Aftercare planning for long-term support

What’s the Commitment?

Most people attend Virtual IOP for 9–12 weeks, with 3–5 sessions per week. We’ll work with your schedule and adjust your care plan as you grow.

Can I Afford This?

We accept many insurance plans and will help you understand what’s covered. If insurance doesn’t apply, we offer self-pay options and will work to find a solution that fits.

Support for Parents of Troubled Youth in Ohio

Families from Ohio have made Soulegria their first choice for child rehabilitation and support. Parents, searching for direction for their child, can expect a team of compassionate, licensed counselors and leaders here at Soulegria. Soulegria operates from the understanding that "rehabilitation" must come from the inside-out, not from the outside-in. Through our community service activities and therapeutic intervention (Individual, group, & experiential therapy), we are devoted to offering direction to not only young people battling drug use (prescription/otc), ADD/ADHD (attentional disorders), or peer conflict, but also the entire family; with the support they need for lasting rehabilitation.

It’s our absolute respect for every student (and family) that we work with that sets our top-notch individualized, client-centered transitional program and Education and Vocational Training Facility apart from the others. Soulegria’s therapists acknowledge and appreciate the current trials that young people from Ohio are faced with every day. With decades of collective experience in the Life Skills Development and Independent Living Program industry, our counselors can quickly identify and help alcohol abuse issues, obstacles related to bipolar disorder, and the causes for anger issues.

In short, Soulegria knows how to direct struggling young people with lasting rehabilitation; and how to forge a new path for proper direction and purpose in life. We are considered a superior education and vocational training facility, where we teach therapeutic intervention (Individual, group, & experiential therapy) and adventure therapy (recreation & outdoor activities) that leads to a healthy, balanced life. If you are ready to take advantage of the superior individualized, client-centered transitional program that Soulegria can offer, we encourage you to contact our family advocates; to begin the lasting change in your child’s life.
