Shane has dedicated over a decade of his career to supporting young people, starting as a camp counselor and swimming instructor when he was still a teenager. His personal struggles have driven his passion for helping others, and his more than a decade of experience in the mental health field has made him a valuable member of the team. Shane's relational and personal approach allows him to connect with each individual, and his insights and care help us better understand the needs of those we serve.
