Vocation Training For Young Adults from New Mexico

Parents of young men and women who are in need of “hands-on” work training should know that SLR has a branded therapy organization called the “PROMISE Model.” The PROMISE Model, here at Soulegria Leadership Ranch, is a young adult internship program based on peer support and professional life coaching.

SLR’s vocation skills training program is an “experiential” process where the intern is dedicated to serving not only his or her interest, but the best interest of their peers as well. Your loved one will learn to take personal responsibility for the choices they make, and our staff will take part in holding them accountable as well.

As you will see, the transformation of your loved one will be nothing less than miraculous.

Internship Programs For Young Adults From New Mexico

Soulegria Leadership Ranch, we know that our students must have confidence restored. We have seen that in order for struggling young men and women from New Mexico to emerge from their present existence, they must be empowered and built up.

One of the primary objectives of our staff is to instill a feeling within our residents that they "have what it takes." At the same time, in order for struggling young adults actually to succeed on a more permanent level, the students must do the work for themselves.

This understanding of what causes young adults to experience “failure to launch” is what sets SLR apart from other internship programs and employment training for young adults.

A core element of our “PROMISE” curriculum requires a commitment of at least nine months in order to fully complete. A primary Life Coach/Mentor will be assigned to each student upon enrolling in the SLR program. This professional will monitor each resident as the student progresses through the PROMISE program.

The Program Director of SLR will liaise between the student's families and the staff members. The director will provide residents with suitable opportunities for the development of their training, their daily living skills, their personal growth, and overall success in the SLR program.
