Occupational Skills Training For Young Adults in Maryland
Soulegria Leadership Ranch (SLR) is an employment training program for both men and women living in Maryland, ages 18-26. SLR’s complete, in-depth occupational skills training program prepares young men and women from Maryland to make important life decisions that are proactive and potent.
We know from experience that when this occurs, the resident will then advance into adulthood with extremely solid groundwork and focused purpose. The students will live in an organized, therapeutic atmosphere that is deliberate for vocational training and internship.
The model here at SLR combines clinical treatment, vocational preparation, emotional growth, recovery, and life skills development. The staff here at Soulegria Leadership Ranch does these clinical models in a sympathetic and compassionate environment that encourages self-discovery and independence.
One thing that any parent from Maryland should know is that SLR’s occupational skills training takes place in a tenable home located in beautiful St. George, Utah. While your loved one is here, he or she can attend the local college, acquire a job, and ultimately learn to take care of themselves and their personal necessities as any stable, successful adult would.
Here at SLR, we offer the foremost employment training programs for struggling young adults from Maryland. Direction from our professionally trained educators, substance abuse treatment counselors, life coaches, and licensed therapists, our students will gain the practical life skills necessary to succeed.

Vocation Training For Young Adults from Maryland
Parents of young men and women who are in need of “hands-on” work training should know that SLR has a branded therapy organization called the “PROMISE Model.” The PROMISE Model, here at Soulegria Leadership Ranch, is a young adult internship program based on peer support and professional life coaching.
SLR’s vocation skills training program is an “experiential” process where the intern is dedicated to serving not only his or her interest, but the best interest of their peers as well. Your loved one will learn to take personal responsibility for the choices they make, and our staff will take part in holding them accountable as well.
As you will see, the transformation of your loved one will be nothing less than miraculous.
Internship Programs For Young Adults From Maryland
Soulegria Leadership Ranch, we know that our students must have confidence restored. We have seen that in order for struggling young men and women from Maryland to emerge from their present existence, they must be empowered and built up.
One of the primary objectives of our staff is to instill a feeling within our residents that they "have what it takes." At the same time, in order for struggling young adults actually to succeed on a more permanent level, the students must do the work for themselves.
This understanding of what causes young adults to experience “failure to launch” is what sets SLR apart from other internship programs and employment training for young adults.
A core element of our “PROMISE” curriculum requires a commitment of at least nine months in order to fully complete. A primary Life Coach/Mentor will be assigned to each student upon enrolling in the SLR program. This professional will monitor each resident as the student progresses through the PROMISE program.
The Program Director of SLR will liaise between the student's families and the staff members. The director will provide residents with suitable opportunities for the development of their training, their daily living skills, their personal growth, and overall success in the SLR program.
